Last Friday night our community, Rev. Penny’s Family and dignitaries from near and far came together to acknowledge, install and celebrate Rev. Penny and New Vision Center! The Emcee for the evening, Rev. Dr. Mark Vierra, said that an Installation Ceremony is like a marriage of a Minister and a Center – with all of the participants having an opportunity to say ‘I do’ during this commitment of the heart.
And that is how it felt throughout the night, a sacred threshold into an even deeper commitment of transforming lives has been crossed.
These beloved Ministers came to witness and participate in this sacred occasion.

It was a great joy to have Rev. Joyce Murphy, founding Minister of New Vision Center for Spiritual Living, join the festivities and speak the Invocation. We imagine it was a little bit like seeing your 27 year old child get married. Rev. Joyce enjoyed reconnecting with some of the NVC members from back in the day. Such Joy!

The Moment of Truth and Rev. Penny said: I DO!!!
The charge to the Minister includes to accept the principles of the Science of Mind, to reflect the Christ within in all of one’s thoughts and action; to be constantly aware of the Spirit within all people and to minister faithfully and lovingly to the people of this community.
The Members of the Leadership Council, the Practitioner Core of NVC, the Members of NVC, and the Ministers present at this celebration as colleagues all accepted their individual charges to accept and support Rev. Penny.
