Cultivating Mindfulness of the Present Moment
Your mind has you looking back or jumping ahead more than being in the exact moment that is right here – which is actually all that you really have. Shifting into the reality of this moment, through mindfulness, takes practice. One doorway is through your senses! When you move from being primarily in your thinking mind to being in the experience of your body, you open up new opportunities for living fully and expressing the true essence of who you are.
Our bodies carry wisdom and knowing on a primal level. As we learn to listen and access that knowing before our thinking brain makes it mean something, we gain the ability to respond to our stuff of our lives instead of reacting to them.
This FREE workshop will support you to experience an embodied slowing down, waking you up through tapping into your senses. You will gain clarity, peace and effective tools you can use to cultivate a daily mindfulness practice.
