During this program, your Personal Mantra will be revealed to you. This mantra is UNIQUE to YOU. It is designed to give you the experience of your True Self, and in the process, clear away old conditioning that inhibits you from having that self-awareness at all times.
Daily meditation is an essential spiritual practice. The biggest obstacle to meditating regularly is your human resistance. For those of you who have struggled with establishing a regular practice, the 4-week format is structured to help you overcome your stumbling blocks. For those of you who have a strong practice, this tool of a personal mantra will enhance your meditation experiences. The 4-week class offered by Sue Powell begins on Thursday, Jan 21, 6:30 – 9:00 pm. Cost is $260.

This program is a 4-week class offered via Zoom using a combination of lecture and group discussion. Content includes:
- Health benefits of meditation, especially as antidote to stress
- History of ancient spiritual teachings used for bases of this practice
- Personal mantra instruction
- Tips for getting the most out of your meditation practice
- Step-by-step process to establish or deepen your personal practice
Participants will recieve:
- A personal mantra based on Vedic astrology
- Link to guided audio of the practice for ongoing use after the class is complete
- Handouts to support the content

Sue Powell has been teaching Yoga and meditation for 22 years and she has been teaching the Chopra Meditation Program for 4 years. “Even though I have taught taught a variety of meditation practices over the years, I only used meditation for “crises management” and did not have a sustained personal daily meditation practice until I came upon the Chopra Meditation Program. It has been a game changer in my life because it’s a practice that stuck.
