We are very excited to have our registration officially open for SOAR! 2019 taking place at the Asilomar Conference Center, August 22-25. Space is limited so we encourage you to register today to confirm your spot at this year’s SOAR retreat! Below you will find some simple details about the event. Retreat Registration Fees:

Early Bird Fee: $395/person

  • Registration includes access to all of the general sessions, workshops, and programs planned in the retreat schedule. (Our General Session speaker line-up will be confirmed by Dec 31)
  • Fee DOES NOT include meals or lodging at the Asilomar Conference Center.

Lodging at Asilomar:

Once you complete your retreat registration you will receive an email confirmation with a special link to book your lodging at Asilomar directly under our reduced group rates.

All lodging includes three meals per day beginning with dinner on Thursday, August 22 and ending with lunch on Sunday, August 25. Below are the nightly rates that includes the meals per person. The rates are based on the occupancy of the room (similar to booking a room on a cruise).

  • Single Occupancy: $293.41/night
  • Double Occupancy: $195.36/night per person
  • Triple Occupancy: $166.36/night per person
  • Quad Occupancy: $151.85/night per person

Special dietary requests such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and allergies will be submitted with your lodging and are available at Asilomar.
