Join Dr. Rachel for a culinary kaleidoscope of feel good food.
As Americans most of us eat what is convenient and familiar but not necessarily healthful. One obstacle to lifestyle change is not liking the foods that are healthier for us. In this class, Dr. Rachel will demonstrate how to make foods that are good for us AND taste great!
We will provide you a list of all the ingredients for each workshop so you can login to Zoom prepared to cook, learn and best of all, eat!
The foods will be wheat fee, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Corn Free, Sugar Cane Free, Soy Free, Egg Free, and Peanut Free
First Session: We will start out easy with a snack and 2 varieties of hummus.
Second Session: Harvest bowl
Third Session: Pad Thai
