HOW TO BID ON AN EVENT
1st Sign up on the patio G4G table to get a Bid Number
Peruse the events and pick out what you wish to bid on. (Note the Event number for each of the Events.)
Locate the bid sheet for that Event on the patio before/after services.
Place your bid with your name and Bid Number! (Note: Bid is per # attending the event, not per couple.)
Watch your bids every week; the highest bids, for the amount of guests allowed, win!
RULES FOR BIDDING
Please enter only one name & Bid # per line. Enter the number of people attending the event you are bidding on. (Remember: the bid amount is per person.)
Host reserves the right to change the date of the event if necessary.
After the bids have been placed for the number of guests allowed, the next bid must go higher in five dollar increments.
If your bid is stamped “outbid”, go to the bottom of the list to place a new bid. If you just want to change the amount, do the same thing.
Starting at the bottom of the list, the top bidders for the number of guests allowed for that event will be the lucky winners!
Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone by February 24th.
Payments are made to New Vision Center February 26 – March 12th
