Kids Corner

Our affirmation this week is, “It feels good to forgive!”  It feels good to us, because we can move on to better things.  And it feels good to the person we are forgiving as well.

Our spiritual practice this week is meditation.  In Youth Church, we used the Breathing Ball to focus on our breath as we contemplated forgiving people. Calming down with meditation helps us let go of anger and begin to forgive.
