When a group of loving individuals get together, magic happens!
This past weekend, The Vision Group of NVC went on their annual Vision Group retreat at the Jackpot Ranch in Camp Verde. For those of you that have never heard of the Vision Group, it is comprised of both current and past Leadership Council members. Needless to say, it is a tremendously powerful group of individuals.
Although our primary intention is to connect with one another, the other purpose is to conduct our self-selection process for the new Leadership Council roles. This process has been handed down for many years and continues to be an awesome demonstration of trust.
