On August 16, Barb Heite, and her classmates, will graduate from Rev. Penny’s Principles of Financial Freedom Class that began on June 28. These individuals dedicated themselves to studying and embodying the principles of this teaching once a week for 8 weeks. In class, Rev. Penny and her students intended to:
Develop greater awareness of God as the source of Financial Freedom.
Develop greater understanding of the Principles of Financial Freedom.
Develop greater awareness of current attitudes and beliefs about money.
Develop new attitudes and beliefs about money in alignment with the Principles of Universal Truth.
Develop a spiritual practice that duplicates the nature of Spirit in financial affairs.
Identify Self-Expression that is in alignment with Financial Freedom.
When we asked Barb what she learned, she did not mince words:
“In the practice of Faith comes Clarity. In Clarity, there is simplicity; there is knowingness of the Truth. In the Truth there is Peace. In Peace there is Harmony, and in Harmony there is Connection. In Connection there is Light, and in Light I recognize the Truth of who I Am, and see the Light of Love in others. Through this Awareness there is acceptance of all that Is, and my Practice of Faith expands and grows, and ripples into Enternity.”

Barb is no novice to SOM philosophy and practices. She is a life coach, intuitive energy healer, author, speaker, teacher and lover of life. Among many other things, Barb created and facilitates Amor De Sol, a coed group that has various activities that support self love, acceptance and worth. She also facilitates weekly adult groups based on the principles of unconditional love, and a discussion group for young adults (16 to 39) at Peace of the Universe Bookstore.
