Once we have our cooks coordinated we will begin Ticket Sales for the 40 Tasters!!
50 Attendees = 40 tasters + 10 Cooks = 50 Tastes.
A quick reminder:
- You will be preparing 50 tastes (not servings!!) of your dish
- There are 3 categories: Appetizer/Salad (3 Cooks),
Entree (4 Cooks), and Dessert (3 Cooks).
- At this point you do not have to KNOW exactly what you plan to prepare - just the category :)
- You will be contacted to discuss all the cookery details well ahead of the Taste-off.
