We often hear about the Golden Rule, encouraging us to treat others as we’d like to be treated. But the Platinum Rule invites us to go a step further: to treat others as they would like to be treated. Together, we’ll explore what that means in real life and reflect, share, and practice tools for building relationships that honor each person’s unique experience of what it means to feel valued and respected.
