Dear Beloved NVC Community,

Leaving home for an extended journey can feel like stepping into an unwritten story. Depending on where you stand on the Wanderlust Continuum, the idea of exploring cobblestone streets with rolling luggage may stir thrilling anticipation—or quiet dread. In theory, travel promises fresh perspectives, vibrant cultures, and a renewed sense of wonder. But in practice, we often find ourselves wrestling with unfamiliar beds, puzzling locks, and bus routes we can’t decode—not to mention foreign menus, languages, and street signs.

I’ve come to see that the inner journey of transformation mirrors travel in every way. We long for lasting peace, a radiant vision, and to merge with the One. Yet when we actually set out—when we choose to awaken to our divine nature dressed in human form—we encounter the same mix of exhilaration and fear. Every new insight can feel like an unfamiliar city: enchanting one moment, intimidating the next.

So here is the question: Will you embrace that spark of curiosity and walk a bold new road? Will you stay the course, even when it gets messy or when the clarity and peace you desire seem hidden?

Join us on Sunday morning as we explore this great adventure called Life—together. We’ll not only discover what we know for sure, but also how beautifully different that is for each of us.

With love and wonder,
Rev. Karin
