Dear Beloveds,

What a Stewardship Month this is turning out to be! We've explored the idea of our theme, "Dancing with the Richness of Life," and played with how to get into an Abundance mindset. We're taking it one step deeper with this week's talk, "Your Abundance Team." The thing is, we never do anything alone. Spirit, of course, is always right where we are, supporting our every endeavor. And then there are the people who have direct impacts on our lives. We all have little circles of relationship, where each participant has an equal say in how life goes. From our family, to our circle of friends, and even our colleagues at work -- it's important that we are all rowing in the same direction if we want to live lives based in Abundance.

While it is true that we can't control anyone else's thoughts or actions, it's also true that we can invite people into a new way of being. And it doesn't have to be a church revival meeting! Instead, it can be a gentle coming together around intention, planning and affirmation. This is one way we can show up as spiritual leaders in the mundane world. It's a new way of being, but I believe we are each up to the challenge. As Rev. Catherine Ponder said, "Why settle for so little in life when you can have so much just by daring to be different in your thinking?" This Sunday, let's explore together how to surround ourselves with our powerful Abundance teams.

Much love,
Rev. Lezli
